Care for Refinishing

No person with heart conditions, asthma, or pregnancy may be in the home for 24 hours after refinishing fixtures. NO-EXCEPTIONS!

No untrained personnel in the work area.

Pets must be removed from the premises.

Remove all personal items from the immediate area of item being refinished.

Be sure to clean the area of item being refinished. This includes dust, hair, and construction messes.

Do not use for 24 hours after refinishing.

Only remove tape and paper after 24 hours.

Caulk the perimeter of the tub, shower, sink, or vanity if not completed by the technician. Note: Do not use silicone - an acrylic/latex works much better.

Do not use bath mats or decals.

Shower doors should not be replaced for 3 days.

A mild dish liquid detergent works well. Use cleaners such as 409, Fantasic or Bathroom Dow.

NEVER use harsh, abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.

Monthly application of lemon oil on the surface will prolong life to the refinished surface.

Tub must be cleaned and maintained on a regular basis for maximum life.
